Delivery is Standard Post via Guernsey Post and Royal Mail - Usually posted the same day.

The VAT is included in the product price.
VAT is not chargeable for deliveries to Jersey, Guernsey or Isle of Man. Please contact us before making a purchase in these regions to remove the VAT.
Worldwide Delivery 🚢
Shipping for worldwide orders are operated by Royal Mail and delivered through international carriers where appropriate. All shipping comes from the UK and is tracked.

12-Month Guarantee Conditions
First 30 days:
If you’re not 100 % delighted, or your horse doesn’t like it, simply return your LiteBite muzzle (unused or lightly tried) for a full refund — no questions asked.
Up to 12 months:
On top of your consumer rights for a full refund if the muzzle is faulty, if the LiteBite muzzle becomes damaged or fails under normal use, send us a photo and proof of purchase — and we’ll give you 50 % off a replacement muzzle!
Warranty Conditions⬇️
To qualify for the damage 12-month coverage:
The muzzle must be used with a break-away halter.
Only the LiteBite supplied Velcro should be used for attachment.
Damage caused by modification, incorrect fitting, chewing, or normal wear and tear (such as tooth marks, surface scuffs, grazing-hole wear, or colour change) is not covered.
Proof of purchase and photos are required for replacement claims.
We do ask however, that you please contact us about the issues you are having first so we can try to help solve them or to go over our handy guides for the LiteBite Muzzle before requesting a return.
Return shipping fees are not covered by us unless the product is faulty in which case all fees are covered.
