If your LiteBite muzzle doesn’t perform as promised — or your horse simply doesn’t get on with it — contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.

💰 Here’s how it works:

  • First 30 days:
    If you’re not 100 % delighted, or your horse doesn’t like it, return your muzzle (unused or lightly tried) for a full refund — no questions asked.
  • Up to 12 months:
    If the muzzle becomes damaged or fails under normal use, send us a photo and proof of purchase — and we’ll give you 50 % off a replacement.

🔍 Warranty conditions (same sensible exclusions as ThinLine)

To qualify for the 12-month coverage:

  • The muzzle must be used with a break-away halter.
  • Only the LiteBite supplied Velcro should be used for attachment.
  • Damage caused by modification, incorrect fitting, chewing, or normal wear and tear (such as tooth marks, surface scuffs, grazing-hole wear, or colour change) is not covered.
  • Proof of purchase and photos are required for replacement claims.
